ACE stands for: Atlas, Calendar, Efforts. It governs the folder system of ideaverse pro. But it does much more. It governs how we organize any and all pieces of thought we care to externalize (and even those we keep in the mind).

Atlas for things to know,
Efforts for things to do,
and Calendar to make it whole,
to reflect, plan, and review.

With Plus (+) to capture what’s new,
and Extras (x) for overflow too,
everything has a place in ACE—
a universal thinking space.

To practice with ACE, go through each lesson in the ACE Pack. ACE is easiest to learn through folders, but it’s really about the head spaces we orient our thoughts around. There are three core (and two more). The table below will help provide perspective.

Test your folder structure slowly

Do less now. I strongly encourage deferring any “great customizations” for later, and just using the pre-provided ACE framework in the short-term. Why? Because structure must be earned, and pre-structuring for an entire day just leads to a fragile building that will break in a week.
